The Procurement application interface displays a drop-down menu displaying a default value and a menu button:
You may accept the default value, or:

Click to display a drop-down list of valid alternative values. Click on any item in the list to select it, and it is displayed in the text box. |
You cannot type any new text into the text box or edit any of the drop-down menu options.
