Manage Purchasing Menu

If you have the appropriate privilege, you may use the Manage Purchasing Menu to establish Blanket Orders for bulk orders of items, and monitor the releases of items to individual buyers. You may select:

• To locate an item in the catalog, and establish a New Blanket Order for a large quantity and price, to be released in smaller quantities later to individual buyers in your Buying Organization,
• View a list of the dates and quantities of items released from an Existing Blanket Order and the buyers requesting the releases.
