Order Detail

Click the Order Details Action Icon beside any Order on the Order Status Page:

The Details Action icon

The Procurement application displays the Order Details page, containing, for the selected Order:

• Basic Order and Shopping Cart information
• Status Codes: Buyer, Supplier and Transmission
• Description of the item, cost, quantity ordered and shipped
• Supplier comments

This is an historical record, so:

• You cannot change any of the actions recorded here, and
• You cannot cause or request any other actions to be taken on an Order.

Click [Close] to leave the Order Details page and return to the Order Status page.

If, after reviewing Order Detail, you want to change, cancel or initiate some other action on an Order, you must:

• Find the Order in the Order Status Page page
• Select the Order
• Click the appropriate Action icon.
