Job Schedules


The Integration Administration application allows you to setup Scheduled Tasks for the Data Sync Items you have created. You can setup a schedule for Daily, Weekly, Monthly Update:

At the scheduled time, the application fetches the Data from the ERP system and updates the local tables maintained in the Procurement application's database.

If you have Administrator privilege, Start EBI Administration:

The browser displays the Integration Administration application page.

  1. Click Scheduler Jobs.
  2. The browser displays the Scheduler Job Configuration Form on the right-hand side of the page.

  3. Click New to create a new parameter value.
  4. Click Search to view a list of parameters, their current values and, if necessary, edit them.
  5. Click Help with Search to view more information about setting up search criteria and using Wild Card Characters.
  6. Click Home to re-display the Procurement Home Page.
