Search for a Default Item


To locate an item to be viewed, edited or deleted:

  1. Click Search, on the left-hand side of the Integration Administration application page.
  2. The browser displays the Search Default Items form on the right-hand side of the Integration Administration application page.

  3. Click in the Enter partial Default Item Names text box, and type your search criteria, which may be all or part of a name, with Wild Card Characters.
  4. Click Go.
  5. The Procurement application searches and displays a table containing all Cost Allocation Default Items matching your search criteria:

Name
Name of the Cost Allocation Default item.
Action
Click an icon to perform various actions on the selected item.

Note:
  • If you mouse-over an icon, the browser displays a tool tip containing a few words explaining the action represented by the icon.
  • If an Action is not available in any situation, its Action icon is not displayed.

Actions include:
  • Edit a Default item
  • Delete the item
  • View details
