ID & Spending Limit

User Login ID	An abbreviated version of your name that the Procurement application uses to recognize your access to the system.
Maximum Spending Limit	The maximum total dollar amount for which your Shopping Carts receive automatic approval. Any Shopping Cart that exceeds this amount is routed for approval.
Maximum Approval Limit	If you have the Approval privilege, this is the maximum total dollar amount for which you may approve a Shopping Cart. If you approve a Shopping Cart that exceeds this amount, the cart is routed to a higher level approver /approval group.
Spending Limit Approver	The name of a more senior member of your Buying Organization who can approve Shopping Carts that exceed your Spending Limit.
