Order Tolerance Service Overview

You use tolerances to allow and automatically process items with minor price discrepancies. Without tolerances, an e-marketplace must cancel the entire order.

With Order Tolerances:

• The system compares the difference in price with the tolerances you specify.
• If the differences are less than the permitted tolerance, the order proceeds and the item is shipped.

You can set tolerance for:

• Currency amount, such as
• Item price percentages, such as
• Quantity, such as
• Percentage of the order quantity, such as
• Zero tolerance
• No limit
