You can use the Advanced Administration application to monitor and manage your catalog update process for one or more of the two different methods for updating the Procurement application catalog (see your site specifications or administration documentation to confirm which one, or both, of these is available at your site).
In order to view the Catalog Update Files link you must have the Setup privilege and the View Organization privilege at Enterprise scope. The Setup privilege is located under Admin Setup category. The Enterprise scope is located under Admin Organization | View Organization.
