In the Advanced Administration Application, you can access the users who are members of a Buying Organization in two ways:
Use the Home Users menu item to search for users who are members of this Buying Organization but their names have not been added to the Tree Menu.
The Advanced Administration Application displays the Search form.
The Advanced Administration Application displays a Results list of Users matching your query who are members of this Buying Organization.
The Advanced Administration Application displays the Enterprise User form, on which you can click hyperlinks to display, for the selected user:
Click the Details hyperlink to display, or edit (if the Account is not locked.)
The Advanced Administration Application requires you to type a new password and repeat it in confirmation.
Click the Organizations hyperlink to display a list of the Buying Organizations to which the user belongs.
Click the Roles hyperlink to display a list of all the Roles to which the user has been assigned, and in which Organizations.
Click the Approval Assignments hyperlink to display a list of Approval Types and the buyer's approval responsibilities.
