If you would like to specify an approver / approval group within a buying organization to approve all Shopping Carts exceeding a certain cost, you can assign a Shopping Cart Total Approver. This may be desirable for very costly Shopping Carts (for example, a project or company controller), even if the Shopping Cart is also routed to other approvers.
