Preview Approval

You also preview the approval chain before submitting an online form.

1. Display your online form, by:
• Selecting an Online Form Template, Complete the Form and save it, or
• Select a saved, but un-submitted online form in the Online Form List.
2. Click [Approve Preview] to submit the form for Preview Approval.

The Procurement application displays the Process Map for your online form.

This map shows each of the workflow steps through which your online form must pass in order to be approved so that requested action can be taken. This information is for your information only.

It cannot be edited.

3. When you have viewed the information, click [Close] to return to the Online Forms page.
